How long do I need to wait for my EC-Council digital certificate after I take my exam?
Your digital certificate will be available to download between 7-10 days from the date of certification in your Aspen account.
What information does the exam score transcript include?
You can request a physical certificate here. Once payment is complete, you can contact us at support@clickplus.co the:
- 2Checkout Order Number,
- The score transcript of your exam results
- The mailing address that you would like your certificate delivered to.
Your Certificate will then shipped out to you and the tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
Where can my certification details be verified?
Your certifications earned after passing the exam successfully can be verified here.
Do I have to recertify my EC-Council certifications in order to maintain the validity of the certifications?
You will need to update your EC-Council Continuing Education Credits (ECE) at the EC-Council Delta Portal to maintain the same version of your certification. You can access the ECE policy here.
