Where can an exam voucher be purchased?

All self-study students already have an exam voucher in their iLearn package. if you can not find your access codes kindly request you to contact our support team.

Where can I get my certificates of attendance (COA) if I have completed my training through an EC-Council authorized channel?

The certificates of attendance (COA), can be downloaded from Aspen using your evaluation code, which would have either been emailed to you from EC-Council or is printed on the first page of your courseware. If you cannot find your code you can write to aspensupport@eccouncil.org for assistance or send a request to CLICK+ support team to help you.

How long is the exam voucher valid for?
The candidate needs to test within 1 year from the date of voucher released.
How can I apply for an extension of my exam voucher?

Exam vouchers can be extended for 3 months before the expiration date for a fee of USD $35. Kindly contact support@clickplus.co to purchase your extension, and include the voucher number you would like to extend.

Note: Expired vouchers cannot be extended. Please write to the CLICK+ education department at least seven (7) business days prior to voucher expiration to ensure you do not miss the deadline.
